Lectures
At illustrated lectures we hear experts, chosen for their knowledge, presentational skills and entertainment value, speak on a huge variety of topics: architecture, artists and designers, china, glass, painting, music, furniture, sculpture, jewellery …. and much more. Lectures take place in the Tait Hall, Kelso, on the second Tuesday of the month from September to June. Tea and coffee are served from 9.45 (donations to the Heritage Volunteers and Church Recorders gratefully accepted) and the lecture starts at 10.30am. Members' are allowed to bring a guest to each lecture for a donation of £7, but any one guest can only attend two lectures per year as a guest. Lectures Lectures to June 2021 have been on Zoom and Youtube. We will be hopefully be back in the Tait Hall from September 2021, though there may be restrictions on numbers.
